Position Description
Summary:
To meet or exceed goals by developing new relationships through outside sales activities and community involvement in the market place. Deepening the existing relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. Develop and maintain profitable partnerships with other lines of business. Develop an efficient sales team through consistent coaching and behaviors.
Responsibilities:
Achieve the branch financial goals.
Involvement in community activities.
Manage the sales and service process.
Implement the region’s human resource strategy.
Branch size criteria includes $50MM-$90MM combined loans and deposits; and/or > 20% DDA; and/or $1.5MM-$3.5MM contribution dollars; and 10-14 FTE compliment.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
3 years of sales management and/or retail banking experience.
