Responsibilities

We work one on one with home owners to assess their exterior storm damage. We walk home owners through the insurance claims process from start to finish, we get them their money to repair their home and then do the work. Developing lasting relationships with both home owners and insurance professionals are our keys to success. We set and manage expectations throughout the restoration process to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

What it takes

Successful sales agents have the sincere desire to help people through their catastrophic claim. We look for people with the self discipline and motivation to go to work every day. You must have the ability to function both independently and within a team environment. You will also need superb time management and communication skills. Sales agents go to work every day with a ladder, digital camera and a tape measure. Once you’ve learned to do it once, the rest is up to you. How much money do you want to make?

With over 80 years of collective experience, our production and support team allows our sales professionals to focus solely on sales, customer service, and building relationships. Our training process equips our sales professionals with the tools to identify opportunities and close deals their first day on the job and always have a full pipeline. We teach you what to look for and you go out and find it. Our pay structure is commission based. Our splits are the highest in the industry. We offer a very generous draw schedule, with checks available every Wednesday. We also offer weekly and monthly promotions, bonuses, and sales contests to promote competition and team work.
